The Membership Enrichment Program committee is excited that you will be joining us at the Omni Berkshire Place, 21 East 52nd Street, New York NY 10022 for a fabulous trip planned by Covington Travel.

Package Includes:

Roundtrip Amtrak transportation from Richmond, VA (RVR) to New York, Penn Station (NYP)
Three nights double guest accommodations at Omni Berkshire Hotel (including taxes, gratuities, porterage and complimentary Wi-Fi access in guest rooms and public areas)
Roundtrip transportation from New York Penn Station (NYP) to Omni Berkshire Hotel
Breakfast daily (including gratuity) at Omni Berkshire Hotel
Group welcome and farewell dinners at one of NYC’s many fabulous restaurants
Admission tickets, guided tour, and roundtrip transportation to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The MET) and The Frick Collection
Guided fashion/city tour of the Fashion District

Balance due per person on or before October 1, 2025:

• $1,300.00 double occupancy

• $2,075.00 single occupancy, based on hotel availability

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pricing is based on a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, Covington Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip. If the program is canceled by Covington Travel, all deposits and payments are refunded. Cancellations by participant(s) must be made in writing to Covington Travel. Cancellations after deposit are subject to a cancellation fee of $1,000.00 per person. No refunds for cancellations after October 6, 2025.

Baggage, Accident and Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended.

Trip Insurance

Insurance premiums are quoted on an individual basis. Pre-existing conditions are covered if insurance is purchased when the initial deposit is made for the trip. To get an insurance quote, please visit Covington Travel website to purchase insurance with Allianz or Travel Safe.

Baggage Allowance

Luggage is limited to one suitcase weighing up to 50 lbs. and one carry-on bag per person.
